Lengthen the back of your neck

Excellent posture video to help with posture, especially when running, in Danny’s Chi Running blog. Basically he says to work on lengthening the back of your neck to keep your body aligned, increase your lung capacity by up to 30% and improve your posture/running.

    Watched the video. Believe the information is solid. At least most all of my training (if you could csll it training) exercises have concentrated on that single principle; i.e. stand tall, level the pelvis, roll the hip over the foot. In a single week, I’ve noticed improvement, namely increased distance (doubled), minor reduction in time, less pain and restrictions.
