Good hill run

Had a good day of running hills today.  2 water stops to get some hydration and a little rest.  It felt good to push through and run a little harder.  I couldn’t find a reason (injury based) to stop although I wanted to walk so I just picked it up a bit and ran hard at the end.  Still 80 degrees to start the run and warmed up as the sun came up.  I’m really glad to be back running and feel like the next 4-5 weeks are going to be good running weeks in prep for Chicago.
