Monday run

Had a nice run this morning.  There was a small group because a lot of the Memphis trainers are taking Monday off.  I focused on form today, mostly on keeping my arms close to my side and feeling my elbows going out to the back.  Also feeling my feet kick out to the back, engaging the core and everything else going forward.  Mark and I ran together and he wanted to slow a bit in mile 3-4 so we did and then went up Bainbridge hill which felt good.  I felt very comfortable on the run and look forward to more of these as I get ready for New York.
