Quick 5 miler

Took a couple days off to get some rest.  It’s interesting, at first I start to feel rested and then it turns into feeling sluggish.  I needed to get out and run again today.  I did a 5 miler with a couple friends.  They started out pretty quick and I thought I was going to drop back and then they slowed a bit.  It was good to focus on form and keep the pace.  The last couple miles one dropped back and the run turned into an easy run.  Nice to get out and run.  I need to get rid of this tired feeling.
