It’s taper time. The time to tell the legs that they are going to get to run but then deny them the opportunity. I’ll do a very short, easy run on Wednesday and maybe something on Thursday or Friday. But mostly I’ll rest my legs, get as much sleep as I can, drink fluids and build a mental race plan. I might even go and drive the course. Looking forward to a great weekend.
