Nice recovery run

So, what are you training for? Nothing. How fast you running today? Dunno. Just out to loosen up the legs in the nice rest time between a race and the start of the next goal. Nice slow run and conversation with friends. The first run after a marathon really stretches out the legs and helps the recovery process. Looking forward to setting another race goal, but not just yet. It was a beautiful Spring morning in the high 40’s, birds singing, … great day for a recovery run.
