Spin class recovery

Nice spin class this morning, using those biking leg muscles that are not sore from running this weekend. Had a good class and workout and has loosened my legs up quite a bit. Should be back out running again tomorrow and fully recovered by the end of the week. I keep thinking about what race I’ll do next and keep having to remind myself not to make any plans until 2010. Now is a time to relax and enjoy not training for a race. Definitely want to keep my fitness up though. I’ve decided to start playing tennis again.
